I was a little skeptical about the at first. I actual have a whole new respect for Howard Schultz and what he has done with Starbucks. This book is a little out of date and would love to hear how it really is now. I did like this book and found it very interesting.

I wanted to read this book after reading the book
"How Starbucks Changed My Life" This was an interesting
book as I have always been keen on Starbucks and
wanted to know just how the company got started
and got its name. The book got into the business
aspect of the company a little more than I wanted
but I did learn some basic facts about how their
employees are trained, what is expected of them
and how Starbucks really listens to their customers
so they deliver the best product and service. I just
skimmed through most of the book but it was enjoyable
enough to keep my attention and learn some simple details
about this great company.
