Introduction explains the types of pasta, the names of 25 varieties and their shapes and gives a recipe to make your own. There are 27 very varied recipes using pasta including soups, pizza, omelet, salad, lasagnas, Fettuccine all'Alfredo, fish recipes, duckling, veal and others. Every recipe has a large color photo of the finished dish and 3 smaller step-by-step photos, nutritional information and a key code show how simple or hard the dish is to make, prep time and cooking time. I like the colored photos and just the fun variety of ways to prepare pasta which is one of my favorite food groups!
