as always, Lucy Monroe never misses! two lovers reunite after a very painful parting of the ways... he feels guilty for the loss of her baby, a baby he never believed was his in the 1st place.... she doesn't want his guilt and in fact, doesn't want him around at all... but he is determined to change her mind!

I really enjoyed this book. Set in Italy, he's Sicilian and she's American/Sicilian. Very good, believable storyline with believable emotions. I liked that he's arrogant yet confident but NOT overpowering to the heroine. She's a strong woman yet not so forceful it puts you off.
From the back cover:
It was a year since their tempestuous affair had ended. So why was he back? Elisa trusted Salvatore di Vitale about as far as she could throw him. And, as the Sicilian security expert was over six feet of pure muscle, that wasnt very far.
Salvatore told Elisa he had come to protect her, and that much was true. But if their close proximity led to passion he wouldnt exactly be complaining. And if passion should lead to pregnancyso much the better! Because then Elisa would have to marry him which was Salvatores plan all along

Love Lucy Monroe's books and this one is one of them. A misunderstanding, a pregnancy, and love all around.
