I really liked this book...and not just because I REALLY envied her job. Seriously, this is being written by someone who would love to have a similar position. Keeping that in mind, the review you are reading is written by a total and complete (but infinitely lovable) nerd. Anyway, I really enjoy a story that starts off with the lead girl missing in action. In fact, it takes her awhile to actually show up because she quit while the boss was away much longer than originally anticipated. The story opens when he gets back. It was an unusual way to start the book, and I was hooked. I really appreciated her fiestiness and the way that he really knew and understood her. I've read a lot of stories where the guy is clueless and blunders along and those are fine and all, but when the lead male actually knows and understand the woman...when he puts thought and sincere effort into winning her over to his way of thinking...hey, there's lots to be said for that! All in all a fabulous read.
