Great book. Keeps you turning the pages. Story of cycracrime to wipe out all the computers in the USA and the fight the President makes to prevent it from happening.
Oh my, two of my favorite people wrote a book together! I would read it no matter what!!
The plot is so inconceivable and beyond belief since there is no way a U.S.President could go "rogue" to meet someone without the Secret Service around him.
However, removing that obstacle is an interesting mystery and since it was all about The President, I kept imagining Bill Clinton in the role. Therefore I immensely enjoyed it.

Not as good as The President's Daughter, but good! I am passing this on to my sister!
Enjoyed it very much ...like the different twists in the story
Couldn't put it down.
Not sure who needed the money more, Patterson or Clinton, to come up with this publicity stunt publication. Either way it is not one of Patterson's best, or one of his mediocre books, it is probably , in my opinion, his worse publicized book. The plot is slow, predicable, and just not that interesting. Do yourself a favor and don't waste a credit ordering this book, if you feel you just have to read this book because of the over-hyped publicity then check it out at your library and save your credit for a worthy book
As any experienced reader of New York Times Bestselling authors knows, James Patterson has successfully established himself over the last 2o or so years as a brand name and purveyor of what has come to be called commuter and beach-dweller entertainment. It has been well established that most of the books bearing his name as the author are largely the work of his paid collaborators. But The President is Missing is quite obviously different. In this one, Patterson cleverly chooses a two-term ex-president as his collaborator, knowing as I'm quite certain he did that by doing so Patterson himself would have to do the lion's share of the writing. How did it turn out? From my point of view, having just finished reading it, quite well indeed. I liked it a lot! Not quite 5 stars, but more than 3.
good read
Typical Patterson!
Quick, fast paced, intriguing. Interesting facts about cybersecurity. Overall good read.
Surprisingly good! I enjoyed this on two levels. First, the plot seemed mostly convincing and believable. Second, it was fascinating to read the parts where it was obviously Bill Clinton reflecting on what it's like to have the responsibility of the Presidency, along with a long speech at the end of the book that I happen to agree with politically 100%. If you're not a Clinton fan, then you may find parts of the book over the top or offensive.
As another reviewer said, please waste neither credits nor money on this book - go to the library or borrow is from a friend. Very unrealistic and goes on forever about nonsensical details.
I expected sooo much more from both of them.
