I reversed my osteopenia (and have the dexa scan results to prove it) by taking magnesium citrate (three 225 mg tablets every day for two years)and did NOTHING ELSE. I am not saying that everyone is magnesium deficient but bone cannot be made and maintained without it and all body cells require it to be present at a certain level all day every day in order for the body to produce healthy cells. I found this veryhelpful in fighting AND reversing bone loss. Easy to read, very informative, easy to follow in a daily routine. Many many facts I never knew and am now well aware of.
