Each recipe has easy to follow instructions, time (hands on and total time), and per servings (calories, saturated fat, total fat, cholesterol, and sodium). Chapters include Poultry, Express Meals, Pasta, Soups, Salads, Skillet, Veggies, Blue Plate Specials, Bread, No Pot Cooking, Microwave, Oven, and Weekend Pantry. Wow!
