Hackworth is a retired US Army Col.who writes from personal experience in the military. It is an excellent book fot military adventure buffs.

Pretty decent military thriller by America's most decorated soldier.
Terrific book; manages the plot(s) extremely well, keeps the suspense up and the interest there. You can tell there wasn't any "rush to publish" - book, characters and plot line well developed, interplay and conversations between characters quite good.
