this book is by Andrew D. Olsen. It was a very good read, and a very hard read. I highly recommend it to LDS people, anyone interested in history and pioneer history. I tell you, it put a very good persective on what these people went through, no matter what religion they were in. Their trials and their miracles were amazing. Warning: The book is very grafic and detailed about the frozen flesh, wolves and dysentery.
