Interesting (and infuriating!) book to read in the middle of a pandemic. The book came out in 2019, but explains why we have a PPE shortage in hospitals now.

The book is not a complete downer though, because the author offers alternatives by highlighting people and organizations who act in the best interests of patients.

This is a must-read for every customer of the health care industry... basically, everyone with a pulse.
