Apparently this is the last book in this series. I do not see it continued on Fantastic Fiction, even though the author states it will do so in the 'acknowledgements' at the end of this book.
While I enjoyed the series, as it stands, I found this book very different then the other three. The hero's relationship with various other characters undergoes significant change. I actually found this refreshing, as I was a little tired of the black vs. white or good vs. evil standards of a few of the previous books in this series. The now 'gray' area of relationships depicted in this book was more like real life.
