This was my least favorite of all the James Patterson books I have read (which is considerable). It didn't hold my interest and took a long time to read because I kept putting it down. I'm hoping the other "Private" books in the series are more engaging.

MUCH better than the first Private. Less emphasis on technology and more character development, personalities, people's pasts, and relationship between events at the London olympics, the bad guys (and gals) hoping to destroy them, and the good guys (and gals) intent on stopping them. A really unexpected ending.

This was just 'okay' for me, I didn't really care for the subject of the Olympics being in jeopardy and I didn't read the descriptions of the events and just skimmed over that part. It is an easy read and short chapters to make it go fast, the characters are okay but this series needs something to give it some 'ooomf'

Another pretty good page-turner from the Patterson team. In this one a mad killer is set to sabotage the 2012 Olympic Games in London. He is apparently upset about the modern Olympics and how it demeans the original games. This one has some pretty good twists along the way and overall I would mildly recommend it. It was a little disconcerting though, in that this novel was written before the actual 2012 Olympics and of course the events in the book did not actually happen including descriptions of some of the events and winners. This is the second in the Private series that I have read and will probably read more.

Interesting read right around the Olympics! Fast paced, keeps you guessing.
Absolutely loved this book, did not want to put it down. So, I got the audiobook from the library and picked up where I ended in the book and vice versa until I was done.

For the most part I like James Patterson books but this one was not up to his usual standard. I usually have trouble putting his books down but this one I had no trouble putting it down to go eat or sleep. It was okay but being part of the Olympics I think was a bad choice of setting.

I am a HUGE JP fan and have read 99% of his books...I can usually finish his book in about 2-3 days and that is when I am busy. This book, after 4 weeks I was still only on page 80, just couldn't get into it. I ended up not even finishing it!

This was the WORST James Patterson book I have every read, and I have read 99% of them. I don't know what happened with this one, but it was a waste of time for me. Sorry JP, but I hope the next one is better!

I enjoyed this book. It moved quickly. Passed it on to a family member. However, was not Patterson's best.

Not as good as the first book in the series, but if you like Patterson, this one is worth reading.

I truly enjoy most of James Patterson's books. This one is just so hard to get into. I just gave up trying to get enthused. It is far from one of the best.

Another Patterson great. Though this is tied to the other "Private" Series, you can read this one without reading the 2nd in that series. I'm still waiting on Private #1 Suspect. Both locations of the Private Company belong to Jack, but this one takes place in London with some new characters. I hope there are more to come.

Private's London office is called upon to assist in the security of the 2012 Olympic Games and to find a mad man who is killing organizers and athletes alike....Kronos and The Furies must be found and stopped.....
