Honestly, it was really difficult to like the male lead in this book. He's nearly abusive to the heroine, and keeps tossing her aside and lying to her. I was not a fan.

Typical Cinderella story. But from the first was not sure if I liked this Prince Charming. But the story grew on me. You will not be disappointed.

Another steamy read by Holt, the "hero" is difficult to enjoy but I think he is able to be redeemed in the end.
