Pulp Author:Charles Bukowski Opening with the exotic Lady Death entering the gumshoe-writer's seedy office in pursuit of a writer named Celine, this novel demonstrates Bukowski's own brand of humor and realism, opening up a landscape of seamy Los Angeles.
This is my least favorite of all the Bukowski books I've read. I was dissapointed with this one after reading Postoffice and South of No North, both of which are fantastic.
