This story is typical Angela Fiddler, a bit out-there/sci-fi feel to the storyline. Contemporary paranormal, the hero characterizations are the strength of this book. When I'm in the mood for something a little different, this author delivers. Good reading but not a keeper.
I didn't care much for this book. Normally I enjoy paranormal themes in any type of story but this plot was so dark and unhappy that I couldn't enjoy the book. And frankly the paranormal story line was just plain weird and never caught my imagination. None of the characters was very sympathetic and I didn't feel the author had any success creating a relationship or caring between them. I'll probably pass on any other books by this author.
