This book is a basic, breif primer in choosing a workout for those who have never worked out before. It will help you identify your fitness goals, introduce you to types of fitness programs, identify types of exercise that are appropriate to your lifestyle, and whether or not you want to participate in a gymn, yoga or exercise programs. If you already workout, this book is probably not technical enough for you.
