Man blasted this book for being too scary. Some said none of it could ever happen. But look what happened on September 11. It's time we take this stuff seriously.
Everything in The Quickening is starting to come true: Terrorism, aids epidemic, globalization, global weather changes and more.

From the back cover: "Look around and you can see that every facet of human existence is accelerating, changing the way we live, work, play and relate to each other dramatically. Technology is empowering the individual and diminishing the strength of national ties, and yet globalism is inevitable.
THE QUICKENING tells us why the world:
-is heading toward a global economy and global government
-will inevitably experience several plagues just as bad or worse than AIDS and Ebola
-will experience nuclear terrorism
-will witness unprecedented numbers of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes
-will soon see increased spiritual awareness."

at one time an avid listener to coasttocoastam i was dissapointed by this book. very narrow, negative view of the future with very repetitive execution. nothing exceptional here. only doomsday.
