I used to watch RR's 30 Min Meals show on Food NW, loved it! But what I don't like about RR's recipes is that the 30 min does not take into account ALL THE PREP that goes first!
I got this book for Xmas, leafed thru it today, and decided it's another RR cookbook that's not for me. EXPENSIVE, not real easy-to-locate items: "rabe, squid, San Marzano tomatoes"----??? gimme a BREAK! I don't live in NYC and I don't have a "Little Italy" corner market down the street! I guess I'm just jaded, but I would much rather find EASY AND YUMMY recipes from the Kraft Food & Family Magazine I get every qtr. Sheesh!
