I always like anything that Kellerman writes and this was no exception. When the murderers of a little two year old girl were caught, tried and convicted in the beginning of the book, I wondered where the plot could possibly go. Well, I found out, with all of the twists and turns, the mastermind was finally revealed.

Another good one in the Dr. Delaware series.

This was an excellent book. One of his best, alex delaware novel. It's about a murder case of a young girl commited by two teenagers. One who is a minature serial killer in the making and the other a little slow. Alex Delware and his friend Milo dig deeper and uncover a series of coverups and other murders. I would recommend this to anyone that likes these types of novels.

I am a big fan of Kellerman (all of them) Because our main character. Alex Delaware, is a pychologist he can go in a lot of different directions with people and their problems. To say you enjoy an Alex Delaware book is difficult because the people he helps find and the crimes he help solve are often pretty sick, gory, and/or repulsive. His books read very much like true crime (except they are written much better) and contain many nuances and details of his characters pychology makeup. So dispite everything I am a avid reader of his books and this one doesnt disappoint.

Another excellent Alex Delaware and Milo Sturgis.
Interesting story. Page turner. Though... This is the first Jonathan Kellerman book that I have read. It is an alex Delaware series. He is a Doctor. Personally his personality rubbed me the wrong way. I can't stand the guy! So I guess it is written well when I could have such a harsh feeling for this imagined character. :)

This another winner from Kellerman. It is also has the creepiest plot of any Alex Delaware novel that I have read. If you like this series you will LOVE this book.
Alex Delaware/Milo Sturgis novel. Kellerman is always readable.
Good book, makes you think about some of the system's problems and how innocent kids are caught up and lost into it.
Troy Turner and Rand Duchay were barely teenagers when they kidnapped and murdered a younger child. Troy, a remorseless sociopath, died violently behind bars. But the hulking, slow-witted Rand managed to survive his stretch. Now, at age twenty-one, he's emerged a haunted, rootless young man with a pressing need: to talk-once again-with psychologist Alex Delaware. But the young killer comes to a brutal end, that conversation never takes place.
LAPD homicide detective Milo Sturgis investigates the murder of a child by two teenagers. Together with psychologist Alex Delaware he retraces the steps and discovers a strange turn to the unspeakable crime.
Another awesome book by Jonathan Kellerman!!!!
Excellent!
I alway enjoy the twists and turns of Kellerman. Good characterization.
A lot of characters to keep up with but some interesting twists.
Troy Turner and Rand Duchay were barely teenagers when they murdered a younger child. While Troy died violently behind bars, this hulking, slow-witted Rand managed to survive his stretch. Now, at age 21, he's emerged a haunted, rootless man with a pressing need to talk again to psychologist Alex Delaware. Hooks you at page 1!
Love the Delaware novels!
A real psychological thriller!
This was a great read.
Excellent mystery!
This is another great book with psychologist Alex Delaware and his friend detective Milo Sturgis.
"An impressive piece of detection, and readers who enjoy watching the delicate untangling of a Gordian knot-like plot will find this one a winner" Publishers Weekly

Awesome book. I was hardly able to put this one down. I spent several days exhausted because I sat up too late reading!
Another wonderful suspense/mystery with Alex Delaware.
Very enjoyable with a surprise ending
Another great thriller from Jonathan Kellerman. Enjoyed this one as well.
Good Kellerman book with the ususal twists and turns along the way. Alex and Milo are quite the team. Highly recommended for Kellerman lovers.
Keeps you guessing.
Excellent book, one of the better Delaware novels. It's a pretty fast read, took me less than a week to finish.
aA GREAT ALEX DELAWARE
Typical Alex Delaware/Milo Sturgis story. A little formulaic if you've read a lot of Kellerman, but not bad at all.
Kellerman at his peak. Alex helps solve another baffling case with Miles.
If you are a fan of Kellerman's Delaware stories, you will like this one. A little different than some of his works, this one centers on the murder of a 2-year old and the two teenage boys that were convicted of it. When one of the boys is found dead years later, with Delaware's number on him, trusty detective Milo Sturgis teams up with Delaware to piece together the crime. Lots more talk and theory than action, which was a good thing this time around. The usual twists and turns with some more development than usual makes for a good, solid read.
PRESENTLY READING THIS BOOK. A TRUE KELLERMAN BOOK...GOOD AS USUAL.
I have read all of the Alex Delaware series (in order)and I have to say this one exceeded the rest. Complex work...holds your intereset till the very last word. Alex and Milo are at their best.
Love psychologist Alex Delaware. I find anything by Jonathan Kellerman a good read.

Kellerman is a master of the grab-the-reader contest....The chills start withing the first two pages! I love his books. They are pshcological murder mysteries usually with several twists.

Interesting book with many twist and turns for Alex and Milo. Very Good book
Was another excelleant thriller
this was a good book
Another great Alex Delaware novel.
This is probably one of the most complex of the Alex Delaware 'who-done-its' that Kellerman has written. A blast from the past, a troubling chidren killing children case gets revisited when one of the convicted children calls Alex after his release from juvy prison. Things happen, they get complex and get more and more complex. Fast paced (for the standard Kellerman no-physical-action, lots of mental action mystery). At least this mystery didn't get all sappy about Alex's love life as prior books had! The guy has relationship issues big time! Fast paced read. Broke down and bought this NEW(gack!) at the airport. Finished it on a two leg coast-to-coast flight. 391 pages but still a fast paced page turner that kept me glued to the pages!
One of his best, you won't be able to put it down.
Can't wait to read more by Jonathan Kellerman.
A New York Times Bestseller. Another good book by Jonathan Kellerman! Loved it.
Troy Turner and Rand Duchay were barely teenagers when they murdered a younger child. Now Rand is released and wants to talk to Alex Delaware, but when Rand dies...his words die with him.
I personally did not like this book. I thought there was more to it and was surprised when I turned the page and it was a sneak preview of Gone. It did really have an ending to me.
A slow moving mystery.
Loved it. Another Alex novel - as always, a delight and fun!
easy read....
Excellent! Fast read!

Alex Delaware and Milo try to sort out another crime. Liked this book--good mystery. I thought I had it figured out but many twists toward the end. Little graphic but not as bad as some of Kellerman's.
Terrific book and author
excellent alex delaware novel
another good one for those who follow Alex Delaware
I've been a fan of the Alex Delaware novel almost from the beginning, though the latest few have been piling up on my TBR stack because of lack of time. This one, while a pleasant return to well-loved characters, doesn't offer much in the way that's new or refreshing for either Milo or Alex, except to remind the reader that they've been doing this a long time and are feeling the strain. There are plenty of signs that both men are in desperate need of a change. Even Alex - who has never, ever been long commitment guy - agrees to help some of the victims in this with long-term therapy.
The mystery itself is light on suspense, heavy on characterization. While some readers seem to have had difficulty keeping them all straight, I didn't. The supporting cast in this is as vivid as any Kellerman has created. Yes, there are a lot of them, but each is unique and memorable. Where the mystery fumbles is in the truncated resolution. There are a plethora of questions left unanswered, and while I recognize the author probably meant it as an intentional parallel to what is going on with Alex, it's not very effective in terms of storytelling. Still, I whipped through this, just as I do with all the Delaware books, and don't regret the read in the slightest.

Another good Alex Cross book!
I had not read an "Alex Delaware" novel in sometime. This book was quite good but just a little to complicated for my tastes and reading time restrictions.
