This was very intresting. Much is questionable as to what really happened--there isn't that much about Rahab in the Bible--but it made good sense that it could have been this way. I was however, very disappointed in the book when Israel marched around Jericho and the walls did not fall down in the book. Judges 6 clearly says, "and the walls fell flat", just like God said they would. In the book, a child asks, "Did the walls really fall flat?" and the answer is, "No, but they might as well have; we marched right in". But they did! I waited in anticipation as I read for them to fall and they never did. The book is good; just read knowing a lot of it is fiction. I will read all of her books.
