I rarely give a cookbook without nutritional information a five-star rating. However, this is an exceptional recipe book. If I had known nothing about ramen noodles at the start of this book, I would have been well-grounded in working with them at the end. I was stunned by the breadth and depth of the explanations.

I would have never thought of Burrito Ramen, Tex-Mex Ramen Casserole, or Sweet Potato Ramen. After dozens of unique recipes, the author explains how to make many of the ingredients of ramen dishes, such as creating Crispy Tofu Cubes and Pickled Vegetables.

The author's comprehensive approach covers various topics, from making Ramen Pizza and ramen Sushi Rolls to recipes for kids (DIY ramen lunchables), vegetarian recipes, and more. The book even includes a section on creating ramen gift jars and proper etiquette when serving ramen. Finally, there is a section on troubleshooting ramen issues and explaining the regional varieties of ramen noodles. This book truly covers the whole world of ramen.
