i just had this book returned to me by my best friend and have read it again.... it's a great book to return to when you feel down. and i've realized how much i LOVE this book! it's written in such a way that you are laughing out loud, yet become aware of how sad our society has become to have such self image problems.... and it states how this is a huge problem in many countries of the world! this book is STAYING on my bookshelf for future reference....
