I tried to love this book but could not. Orsino doesn't listen and he is verbally abuse. He is immature. Yeah they have great sex, but I didn't understand what she loved about him. But then she comes from an abusive family situation, so she was programmed to accept it. He needed to grovel way more than he did and accept responsibility for his mistake. The heroine at least understood that she was turning into her mother and making excuses for the abuse.

This is a joy to read hot passionate and very sensual as two people who met married quickly and made lots of mistakes until their marriage ended in mistrust. Orsino Chatsfield is a daredevil always finding new things to take risks with Poppy Graham is a model and determined to never rely on anyone especially a man but five years after the marriage has broken up Orsino is badly injured and the only person he wants there to help is Poppy. So they are together again in a beautiful setting in France while Poppy is doing a shoot and trying to help Orsino without emotions but that is hard for both of them and the longer they spend together and the hotter the affair gets the more they realise that their love for each other has always been there. This is a beautiful story that will have you smiling for both Orsino and Poppy as they open up to one another in a wonderful journey to a great HEA. I loved this one and highly recommend it.
