i had not read this author before. whew! steamy! very detailed sex scenes written as diary entries. the development of feeling between the characters was really good. i will pick her up again.

This is the 1st I've read by this author and it was great. A good story of loss & love with a lot of hot, hot, hot scenes. Looking forward to more books by Ms. Blake.

I have to disagree with the other review of this book. It does have a good plot line, believable characters with depth. There are some steamy scenes as well. I have never read this author but will look for more books that she has written.

There were things I liked and things I didn't.
Nope: Nick- depending on your viewpoint he could be a little creepy or a lot creepy. See, he would repeatedly enter Lauren's house and read her diary (full of sexual fantasies). He (of course) would feel guilty, but that never stopped him.
Yep: Lauren finally getting a backbone. Nick talking to his dad. Nick's siblings, Elaine and Davy.
Overall it was decent.
