Moe Prager--former cop, wine shop owner, reluctant detective, and "perhaps the only licensed Jewish P.I. in the five borughs"--attempts to solve a sixteen-year-old case in this mystery set in 1981. This is an entertaining story with enough plot twists to keep the reader guessing until the very end.

Moe Prager is an interesting man. I like detective stories in general. This one has depth and I felt like I learned about the people and the time it was set in. I will read more of his books.
