This was another pass-along by my mom which offers great advice for anxious and stressed folks: a lot of common sense and easy-to-do routines. Since I'm already doing most of the stuff listed, and I've not opened the book since my initial read about 10 years ago, I hope someone else can get some benefit out of the book.
