This is such a good book that I have read it twice. A romance story that takes such twist and turns, you don't want to put the book down. A book to get swept away with. A captivating novel whith a georgous sexy hero and a sincere heroine. It has love, humor and romance.
Not her best.

Can't go wrong with McNaught.
This is a great book. I think I have read it at least three times. Very romantic.
Diana Foster seemed to have it all, beauty, brains, a successful business and a handsome fiance. Then she finds out the hard way, by reading it in the paper, that her fiance has married a much younger woman. Enter a man from her past, the man she loved as a young girl when he was a stable boy at the home of her friend's parents. He needs a wife and she seems to be the perfect choice. A deal is made, he gets a wife and she thumbs her nose at her two-timing ex-fiance. But the two of them end up with more than they bargained for.....
This book is a little used. I was traveling when I was reading it. BUT it is in still vry good reading condition. And a very good book.
Romantic, cleaver, charactors to route for

Alone on a moolit balcony at Houston's White Orchid Charity Ball, Diana Foster courageously upheld the sparkling image of her family's "Beautiful Living" magazine. Recently jilted by her finance for an Italian heiress-an insult delivered via a sleazy tabloid-Diana was now very publicly unengaged, and surrounded by humiliating rumors. So why was billionaire Cole Harrison closing in on her with two crystal flutes and a bottle of champagne?
The former stableboy had received an ultimatum from his uncle: Cole must bring hame a wife-soon-or lose his share of a booming multinational business. Coolly analytical and arrestingly attractive, Cole knew what he wanted in a bride, and Diana Foster-rich, beautiful, and principled-fit the role perfectly. Neither imagined the extraordinary journey that would begin on an unforgettable night...

When multinational tycoon Cole Harrison approached her on a moonlit balcony at the White Orchid Charity Ball, Diana Foster had no idea how extraordinary the night ahead would be. The most lavish social event of the Houston season had brought out American aristocracy, Texas-style, in glittering array.
When multinational tycoon Cole Harrison approached her on a moonlit balcony at the White Orchid Charity Ball, Diana Foster had no idea how extraordinary the night ahead would be. Foster's Beautiful Living magazine was her family's success story, and Diana knew that, single, childless, and suddenly unengaged, she was not living up to its lucrative image of upscale domestic tranquility. And now the pride of Dallas billionaires, Cole Harrison, was closing in on her with two crystal flutes and a bottle of champagne... The tall, lithe former stableboy couldn't negotiate his way out of a contract with his crusty uncle, Cal - he had to bring home a wife, and soon, or see Cal's share of the business Cole had created go to an undeserving relative. A man as coolly analytical as he was arrestingly attractive, Cole decided that his bride-to-be should be rich in her own right, meltingly beautiful, and a woman of impeccable character...Diana Foster! It was the perfect solution to their respective dilemmas, and, after a lot of champagne for Diana and some skilled persuasion from Cole, their lips met in a long, slow, bargain-sealing kiss. Neither one dared imagine that a match made in logic's heaven might be headed straight for an unexpected, once-in-a-lifetime love...
