I sent 2 books in the same package to a member on 4 Dec. According to USPS tracking the packet was delivered on 8 Dec. On 13 Dec I sent a polite request to the receiver to either mark the books received or PM me ASAP so tha tI might take my receipt back to the PO for tracing. Thus far my PM remains unread. I know I can take this to TPTB but have you any suggestions on how to motivate the receiver to either mark the books received or have some other response?

ETA: the receiver has been a member since 2007 and has added a number of books to their WL in Nov of this year and at least one in Dec of 2023 so I'm assuming the person in question is an active member although one who does not post in the forums.
