I had never heard of this author and was very pleasantly suprised at how good this book was. She delivered very believeable and compelling characters and a faily fast paced story. Great read!
I loved the book and the twist at the end.
Less depressing/sad then some of Edith Layton's books - a more upbeat romance despite the hardened criminals and murders. Had suspense but not as much romance - did not see the attraction between the heroine/hero. A quick read with few plot turns. Interesting secret identity theme, but this may have interfered too much with development of the romance plot.
The book was entertaining enough, but I didn't like the heroine's waffling back and forth. That became a little boring.
