You dont have to be knowledgeable on the Walkind Dead GN's or the TV series to enjoy this book. Good book, not an over abundance of 'zombie' action, but geared towards the survival aspect and as the title states, explaining the coming about of the 'Governor', which you think you know who will be the Governor, but then takes a turn.
I just got blown away by the end of this book. Basically changes everything you thought you knew about TWD.
