medieval romance, set in England. From back cover: ... Simon de Burgh was infuriating - full of raw power and male conviction, even when Bethia had him bound hand and foot, deep in her forest lair. But she would prove to His Arrogance that she could best him yet again ...

Great book! Strong alpha male meets self reliant maiden and sparks fly!

A girl version of Robin Hood! I enjoyed this book and looking for other books by this author. This is one of those historical books where the maiden rises to be somebody, not be someone's possession. Of course there is prince charming whom she ties up and kidnaps. Prince charming, Simon de Burgh, does not take that well as you can, but all's fair in love and war!

Medieval. Maiden Warrior Lover! This was the litany Simon de Burgh chanted whenever he gazed upon Bethia Burnel. Gifted with fighting prowess to rival any of his knights, the maddening woman had laid siege to his vision of how the world should be -- and captured his heart in the battle! Simon de Burgh was infuriating -- full of raw power and male conviction, even when Bethia had him bound hand and foot, deep in her forest lair. But she would prove to His Arrogance that she could best him yet again -- despite her heart's thundering refrain that she had finally met her match!

Maiden-Warrior-Lover

This was the litany Simon de Burgh chanted whenever he gazed Bethia Burnel. Gifted with fighting prowess to rival any of his knights, the maddening woman had laid siege to his vision of how the world should be-and captured his heart in the battle!

Simon de Burgh was infruiating-full of raw power and male conviction, even when Bethia had him bound hand and foot, deep in her forest lair. But she would prove to his arrogance that she could best him yet again, despite her heart's thundering refrain that she had finally met her match!
