This one is even better than the first two. Murderbot thought it just wanted to be left alone and to watch media, but decides it needs to help out Dr. Mensah with her case against GrayCris. And suddenly it's impersonating a security consultant and a SecUnit at the same time, hacking and controlling multiple bots at once while keeping watch for betrayal - it's nonstop action for the reader. And such an emotional hit at the end! This is such a great little series.

Another fun addition to this series. The only thing that bothers me is that it is always hard to identify the characters' genders. In this one, Don Abene is a her? I'm not sure why it's so vague and misleading in each book. Sometimes I'm never sure even at the end. I do love the Murderbot character and I really liked Miki in this one. I hope we get to see ART again, as well.

The first 2 books were terrific. This one, not as much. It really took awhile for it to get going. Once it did, I still didn't have the attachment to all of the characters as I did in the previous books. With that said, it was still a good story and was very fun to hang out with the Sec Unit and meet Miki. Looking forward to reading book 4.
