A very interesting read--complicated plot, well-developed characters and good writing. I especially loved all the intricately woven descriptions of everything from who was wearing what, to what the sky and surroundings looked like, just a whole lot of minute detail you don't often find in other writing. It kept me reading the book slowly, as somehow it felt like the kind of book where you want to read a few chapters, then sit and absorb it, then come back to where you left off. The whole book felt 'well crafted.' I was disappointed in the ending, but that was because it didn't come out the way I'd hoped.
