A bestseller about the Vietnam War by a Marine vet who also happens to be a talented writer. Great read.

a marine pilot flies an f-4 phantom off a Navy carrier during the vietnam war. His biggest problem is the 'Rules of Engagement' which guide or limits his atttempts to carry out his operation and survive.
