Excellent book and a very easy style of reading. If you are uncertain about "new" practices that are being introduced into your local church, then this is a must read. Clear and concise information about contemplative prayer, meditation, labyrinths, yoga and other new age occult practices that are renamed to sound "Christian" and why they do NOT belong in God's church.
