I have been following this plan 5 months and without any sense of deprivation, I've lost 12 pounds...which I am happy with, I have more to lose, but am liking the pace for me...
I am learning a lot about what it's like to actually be "hungry"...and since I snacked all the time before this plan, I couldn't have told you what being hungry felt like until now....I like knowing this now.

this book is awsome. the rules to follow are simple yet effective. a great read for those who need to lose some weight. i lost 20lbs thus far ^_^ i love it!

This is a fantastic, helpful, common sense method of eating that you can live with. I've already lost weight and there's no sense of deprivation, "forbidden" food groups, or counting calories. As the author correctly points out, three meals a day is how the rest of the world eats - even how Americans ate until about the 70's, when they started to pile on weight. I highly recommend this book.
