This book is redundant; however, people who are not tech-savvy will find the repetition comforting. Repeating information allows people to see its value in differing ways. Anything that helps computer users to be more aware of the pitfalls of online sites and services is good. The last few pages are important because they give the names and numbers of regulatory agencies to help with scams or other problems. The section with quizzes helps make sure the reader understands the material.
