Learn about the recipes that were common in the early 1900's as well as the inventions of the time and plan a tea party for your friends (and dolls). What a great way to compare the many changes that have occurred over the years. These books are absolutely fabulous. They help bring the American Girl stories to life for both my children. I am actually using them as part of a history unit study for my daughter along with the story books, craft books, mini-dolls, and mini-magnetic world. They are perfect for helping your children with their math and reading without them even knowing it! As you can tell, we love them!
