well written story of girl torn between career in big city and life and love in a small hometown, but career is reporter in 1889, with all that entails.
Samantha's Heart was excellent. It is the companion book to The Bride's Quilt, also by Pamela Quint Chambers. Both books are very good. Samantha's Heart traces the growing love between Samantha & Ben, who she has known since childhood, but comes to see in a very different light.
