Another book in the Travelers' Tales series; I honestly didn't like this one nearly as much as The Thong Also Rises, though! However, there are definitely a few standout pieces in this book -- the best, I thought, was Ellen Degeneres's "The Plane Truth," which made me laugh so hard my stomach hurt! A fun read, especially if you like to travel, but I'd recommend the other book over this one, if I had to choose.

I giggled and guffawed my way through these very funny short stories written by women about their hilarious travel situations. Truly only a woman would understand most of these situations that we may have encountered and politely never mentioned to anyone except our BFF. You feel like you've made a new BFF as each story unfolds. Great vacation read!

Cute short stories about travel across the world from the Colorado River in Utah to Santiago, Chile. From Black Rock Desert, Nevada to Paris to Zambia and back via Kuwait or Bandanaira.
I especially liked the dedication:
For all the women who sit at home or behind their desks bitching that they never get to go anywhere.
