It's great to read those old science fiction novels. This is one of the best I've read. There are alot of famous historical figures and it's great to see them out of their element.
Everybody who ever existed on the planet Earth suddenly reincarnates on a world whose central feature is a large, flowing river. Farmer has a wonderful idea for a science-fiction trilogy. Great fun.
