This was a very good true crime book. Carlton Stowers is right up there with Ann Rule. They both write from the heart and put a lot of themselves into a book. This crime takes place in Texas. Several women are raped and murdered. The case goes cold and is reopened 14 years later. A dedicated detective helps solve the case.

Scream at the Sky is an extraordinarily well researched and put together book. This is an excellent account of the crimes, the victims, the investigation, and the families, with insight into each of the personalities involved.
