Another fast-pacer thriller from Patterson & Company. This one is a followup to Honeymoon which I thought was one of Patterson's better stand alone novels along with The Quickie and Sail. John O'Hara, who was also featured in Honeymoon, is an FBI agent on the trail of a serial killer who is offing couples on their honeymoons. In the mean time, he also gets involved with another serial killer who is killing people named John O'Hara. Of course this killer's ultimate goal is to kill the FBI agent who was involved with his sister Nora in the first book. Overall, I would give this one a higher than average rating and would recommend Honeymoon as well.

EXCELLENT!!! Just finished reading it....had it done in a few hours.....hard to put down.....I seem to enjoy books James Patterson writes with Howard Roughan more than the other authors. You will enjoy this book as there are 2 different "crimes" going on.....like 2 stories in one!!!
Not hard to keep track of since Patterson is famous for his very short chapters. Get this book if you can...you won't be sorry. Definitely one of his BEST!!!

I thought this was well written, more like a Patterson book than some of the latest ones that are co-authored.
As usual this is a good quick read, has some interconnected mystery and really looks like it would be a great series with two great FBI detectives. Would be a good beach read, I read it in two settings.
This is a sequel to Honeymoon and is two stories going on at the same time. One is about a maniac killing anyone named John O'Hara and the other about someone killing honeymoon couples. I like the two FBI Agents, their chemistry was great, This was a fast reading thriller and I always enjoy Patterson and his writers.
This was a good read, but not up to the usual standards of Patterson. It seemed a bit scattered with a story line that ran in two directions.

Patterson books have gotten stale over the last year or so, due primarily to the co-authorship. it is rare to read a book of his that does not have multiple tactical errors, whether it is weaponry or vehicles. But this book was for me a breath of fresh air. The two story-lines are creatively intertwined and provide just the right amount of suspense. James Patterson and co-author Howard Roughman hit a home run with this book. The two story lines, one of a serial killer killing newly weds on their honeymoon and the second story line of a serial killer associated with one of Agent O'Hara's old cases killing men with the same name are merged quite successfully with the introduction of fellow FBI Agent Sarah Brubaker. Good read for the beach, rainy afternoon or just a quick read for the weekend.

Fast read, with plenty of twists and turns.
A young couple on their Honeymoon are murdered. FBI Special Agent John O'Hara flies to the Caribbean to investigate. His own wife was killed in the same way. Can he find the murderer? His wife's killer is about to be released on parole. Should he forgive or get revenge? Can he catch the Honey moon Killer that killed in this case. In a way it would be revenge of a sort for him. There is a lot of action, twists and turns to this story and John wants to catch this criminal for his vengeance.
Great read!
