I've read the four previous Tana French books, the first was great, the second not so good, the third very good, the fourth so so. But this was I really did not like. The characters, like the characters in The Likeness were so annoying, especially the young girls. I literally wanted to smack them. This book was about 150 pages longer than it needed to be. I really hope the next book is better. I was very disappointed.
