I was wondering if anyone has seen one of these and what you;r thoughts are on it. It is a bible with god and religion removed as I understand it.I think it might be interesting kind of a novel idea I'm sure some religious groups will be up in arms .

I haven't seen it.  I'm going to be using this Jewish Humanist Haggadah this Passover...probably similar kind of changes as you'd make to a secular bible.  http://www.eszter.com/Haggadah.pdf

Are you talking about the Jefferson Bible?  Thomas Jefferson edited a version of the Bible, he removed anything irrational (miracles etc), anything that offended his rational mind.

"The Good Book" – intended to serve as a secular Bible – focuses on ethics but not religion.  It is By A.C.Grayling

From the write up I saw on it is is based upon Humanist understandings.  Basically "be good to each other because that is the right thing to do".
