This is a lighthearted and decent conclusion to the Highland series. Although Catherine suffers with amnesia and Lachlan struggles with his sexual curse, their problems didn't feel like serious roadblocks in preventing their growing passion and love for each other. Lachlan was my favorite character. I love it when a hero exposes his vulnerability and need for his lady love. To me, that makes him more sexy. Some topics were only hinted at, which only brought up more questions (a rebellion subplot, Catherine's family, her origins, and recovered memories). Everything fell into place at the right time and felt just a little too neat. However, I don't think you'll be disappointed. It's an entertaining, if a little predictable, read. 3.5 stars.
