I usually don't like Koontz, but this was great. A medical/supernatural thriller.

In my opinion, the Christopher Snow books are the best work Dean Koontz has produced.

O WOW--I've read Koontz stuff before but this one had me on the edgs of my seat!
The story centers in Moonlight Bay, a secluded little town with a nasty secret. Children disapear at night, even from their homes. Parents are helpless because the police there conceal crimes and try to keep it all under wraps. One person, due to a genetic disorder, is forced to live in the shadows and can uncover the truth behind the disappearances of all the children, whom he believes to still be alive, by uncovering the town's most carefully kept, ominous, secret.
O--I got goosebumps just writing that...that's how good I found this book.
