Don't let the title fool you. Tom Hopkins is one of the premier sales trainers in this country. His other books, his tapes/CDs, his seminars ... all are great.
This book is good, too. It's aimed at someone new to sales, laying some introductory groundwork on the tools and techniques needed.
For someone just breaking into sales, I would recommend this book. Then follow up with more of Hopkins' work, along with others.
