As long as I have been a member here (over 10 years) I have never had a request from military.  So glad to send the book, did exactly what PBS told me to do which was to take to Post Office and have them out a customs form on it.  Post office told me they no longer even have the form and that I didn't need it??  I hope the book gets to the person who requested it!!  Anyone else run into this issue? 

That doesnt sound right.  Most recently I was told the form is only online and you must print and complete it, then bring it with the package to the PO.
