This is soooo NOT a childrens-only book, I read alot of different things
and I am middle-aged and I enjoyed all his Merlin books very much.
Some folks think the C.S. Lewis books are children's books too, but they
are wonderful reading IMO even for a well-read college educated adult as
long as the person has an open mind. (An open Heart helps too !)
This is a gentle story and the book illustrates good values as well
as pointing out right vs. wrong and that it is important to do your best.
I recommend it as good light reading for adults and a worthy teaching tale
for younger folks.

Great fantasy book - I read the whole series and loved them.
Wish there were more of his Merlin books, they're all great reads for all ages!
